Ticket Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Lincoln Jazz Cafe, we aim to create an unforgettable experience with every event. Please take a moment to read our ticket and cancellation policies to ensure clarity before making a booking.
🎟️ Ticketed Events
All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the rare case of an event cancellation or significant change made by Lincoln Jazz Cafe. If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be contacted with options for a full refund or transfer to a new date.
🍸 Pre-Orders & Add-Ons
Any food or drink items pre-ordered in advance of an event are refundable up to 72 hours before the event. After that point, items are non-refundable unless we cancel the event. For custom or high-value items (£50+), specific terms may apply — please contact us with any questions.
🪑 Table Preferences & Seating
All tickets include a reserved table with seating. While we welcome seating requests, specific tables cannot be guaranteed. Solo ticket holders may be seated with other guests.
⏳ No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Tables are held for 15 minutes after the event’s start time. If you arrive late or do not attend, we cannot guarantee seating or offer refunds for missed events.
