An intimate cocktail bar on Water Lane
Tucked away on Water Lane, Lincoln Jazz Café is a cosy, candlelit cocktail and wine bar with live jazz in the background and table service throughout the evening. It is the kind of place for date nights, catch-ups and slow, relaxed drinks rather than a loud night out.
We were named Best Bar in Lincolnshire at the Food & Farming Awards and won the GEM Award 2025 for Best Bar/Pub.
Signature cocktails & well-made classics
Our menu is built around LJC Signatures, original cocktails composed in Lincoln, from smoky rye with apple and honey to rum, coconut and pineapple. Alongside them sit the classics done properly: Espresso Martini, Pornstar Martini, Old Fashioned, Negroni, Margarita and Mojito, plus top-shelf Prestige Editions for when you want something special.
Rich, creamy after-dark cocktails, and low & no options with all the theatre and none (or less) of the alcohol, mean there is something for everyone at the table.
