Collet Brut Rosé
(Champagne, France) – Champagne Collet with its elegant Art Deco packaging is evocative of the Belle Epoque era from when it was established. It is the oldest cooperative in Champagne, dating back to 1921. An intense and luminous peachy pink rosé delivers delicate aromas of mandarin, peach, mulberries and raspberries. Refreshing, with a richness of fruit supported by a round, supple and velvety structure. The beautiful, silky texture is sustained by a delicate sparkle.
Bollinger Special Cuvee
(Champagne, France) – Bollinger is one of the last remaining independent Champagne houses. Family-managed since 1889. Left to mature on the lees for three years, this is a full-flavoured, classic Champagne made mainly from Grands and Premier Cru areas with the addition of 5% to 10% of their unique reserve wines.
Ruinart Blanc de Blanc
(Champagne, France) – Many Champagne houses would like to lay claim to the accolade of being the longest established house, but only one may do so in truth. Ruinart was established in 1729. The nose is powerfully reminiscent of fresh fruits, with dominant notes of citrus and exotic fruits, followed by a touch of jasmine, white peaches and pink peppercorns. The palate is both precise and clean, as the wine delivers a radiant balance between roundness and smoothness.
Dom Perignon, Vintage Champagne
(Champagne, France) – An icon. Dom Pérignon is vintage champagne, produced in only the best years. An enticing bouquet of floral notes and juicy apricot with hints of rhubarb, mint and white pepper. Vibrant and energetic on the palate, Dom Pérignon offers penetrating tautness, marked by ginger, tobacco and toasted accents.
