✨ Claire L Shaw brings her honeyed vocals and gentle guitar to centre stage — a voice made for jazz, where every note lingers like the last sip of something smooth.
🎸 Richard Smith, a 25-year veteran of the Nottingham jazz scene, makes the fretboard dance with a touch of Gypsy flair, drawing from his time with Swingologie and Djongology.
🎻 And holding it all together is John Coulson on double bass — a seasoned player whose groove has powered everything from Be Bop to Irish Cajun, his basslines grounding each tune with heart and depth.
This trio is all warmth, groove, and pure musical chemistry. Expect classic jazz, reimagined covers, and a few surprise gems — all in the cosy glow of Lincoln Jazz Café.
