A familiar face returns with an exciting new sound.
Following a series of memorable performances at Lincoln Jazz Café, we’re delighted to welcome Amber Ackerman back on Sunday, 20th December with her outstanding quartet and a fresh take on the jazz standards that have captivated audiences for generations.
Stepping away from the piano, Amber takes centre stage as vocalist, delivering timeless classics with warmth, elegance and effortless style. Backed by an exceptional band, this promises to be an evening of sophisticated live jazz in the intimate surroundings of Lincoln Jazz Café.
Joining Amber are three outstanding musicians:
🎸 Josh Walter on guitar, whose expressive playing blends classic jazz influences with contemporary flair.
🎻 Matt Carter on double bass, providing rich, melodic foundations and impeccable groove.
🥁 Neil Richards, a familiar favourite with Lincoln Jazz Café audiences, whose tasteful drumming brings energy, swing and subtlety to every performance.
