Local, Lincolnshire-based artists The Rye Sisters (Ishani Siriwardena and Sue Pomeroy) are an Americana, blues and folk-country duo who create beautifully blended vocal harmonies alongside guitar and fiddle.

Playing a mix of upbeat, warm-hearted numbers and haunting ballads, they pull from broadly American influences, including the likes of James Taylor, Buddy and Julie Miller, The Civil Wars and The Chicks and also perform originals including ‘song-for-Lincolnshire’ winner ‘White Mercury’.

Playing together for the past seven years, they are not only bandmates but the absolute best of friends.
